INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ kg Medium Beans
  2. 2 onions, finely chopped
  3. 3 carrots
  4. Celery
  5. 1 cup tomato juice
  6. ½ cup olive oil
  7. Salt, Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the beans for 12 hours in cold water.
  2. Rinse them. Place them in a pot, and once they come to a boil, change the water to hot water.
  3. Add the onions, celery, and sliced carrots, and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
  4. Add the tomato juice, oil, salt, pepper, and continue until the mixture thickens.
