INGREDIENTS
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 500 g Nail Rice Tyroleza
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- Mustard
- Curry Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Wash the chicken thoroughly.
- Coat the chicken with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and roast in the oven until golden brown on all sides.
- Add water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the chicken.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add the Nail Rice to the dish.
- Stir to distribute the rice evenly, then add the curry powder and chicken stock cube.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
