INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 500 g Nail Rice Tyroleza
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • Mustard
  • Curry Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Wash the chicken thoroughly.
  3. Coat the chicken with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and roast in the oven until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Add water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the chicken.
  6. When the chicken is almost cooked, add the Nail Rice to the dish.
  7. Stir to distribute the rice evenly, then add the curry powder and chicken stock cube.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
