Ingredients

  1. 500g Black Rice
  2. 1 zucchini
  3. 1 green bell pepper
  4. 1 red bell pepper
  5. 2 tsp corn
  6. 1 onion
  7. 1 clove garlic
  8. Olive oil
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice for 30-40 minutes and drain it.
  2. Chop the vegetables. Then, in a frying pan, add olive oil and sauté the vegetables until golden brown.
  3. Combine the rice with the vegetables in the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
