Ingredients
- 500g Black Rice
- 1 zucchini
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tsp corn
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the rice for 30-40 minutes and drain it.
- Chop the vegetables. Then, in a frying pan, add olive oil and sauté the vegetables until golden brown.
- Combine the rice with the vegetables in the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
