• Place the contents of the package in a bowl with water and rinse for 5 minutes.
  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it until it takes on color. Combine it with the mixture in 850ml of water and boil for about 35 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from the heat until the liquid is absorbed, then add (optional) red sauce for extra flavor. Serve by adding salt and pepper.
