• In a pot, sauté the finely chopped onion for at least 10 minutes until it caramelizes. Add the mixture and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 850ml of water and boil for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from heat once all the liquid has been absorbed and serve by adding salt and pepper.
