• In a pot, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the mixture and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Then, add vegetable or chicken broth and 850ml of water, letting it cook for 12 minutes.
  • Finally, remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper, and add some butter, grated Parmesan, and optionally 1 tbsp of truffle oil to make a difference.
