Ingredients
- 500g Red Rice
- 2 bunches fresh onions
- 1L milk
- 100g grated feta
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish.
- Add the milk, stir lightly again.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, until the rice absorbs the milk.
