Ingredients

  1. 500g Red Rice
  2. 2 bunches fresh onions
  3. 1L milk
  4. 100g grated feta
  5. 1 cup olive oil
  6. 1 tsp nutmeg
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish.
  2. Add the milk, stir lightly again.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, until the rice absorbs the milk.
