Ingredients
- 500g Vegetable pasta (vydoulas)
- 1 Florina pepper
- 1 Orange pepper
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 can of corn
- 150g Ham
- 150g Gouda cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt and the vegetable pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and let it cool.
- Chop the peppers into small cubes and place them in a bowl with the corn.
- Add the ham and gouda cheese, both cut into small cubes.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Once the mixture is well combined, pour it over the cooled pasta and the other ingredients. Mix everything together.
