Ingredients

  • 500g Vegetable pasta (vydoulas)
  • 1 Florina pepper
  • 1 Orange pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 can of corn
  • 150g Ham
  • 150g Gouda cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt and the vegetable pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and let it cool.
  2. Chop the peppers into small cubes and place them in a bowl with the corn.
  3. Add the ham and gouda cheese, both cut into small cubes.
  4. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Once the mixture is well combined, pour it over the cooled pasta and the other ingredients. Mix everything together.
