Ingredients

  1. 500g vegetable shell pasta
  2. 200g parmesan cheese, grated
  3. 150g gouda cheese, grated
  4. 150g kasseri cheese, grated
  5. 50g feta cheese, crumbled
  6. 500g heavy cream
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt and then the shell pasta, cooking until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a smaller pot over medium heat, add the heavy cream and parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and whisk continuously until the mixture slightly thickens.
  3. Transfer the cooked pasta to a 30×20 cm baking dish, pour the cream mixture over the pasta, sprinkle with gouda, kasseri, and feta cheeses, and bake in a preheated oven on the grill setting (or top and bottom heating elements) until the cheeses melt and turn golden brown.
  4. Serve the pasta hot.
