Ingredients
- 500g vegetable shell pasta
- 200g parmesan cheese, grated
- 150g gouda cheese, grated
- 150g kasseri cheese, grated
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 500g heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt and then the shell pasta, cooking until al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a smaller pot over medium heat, add the heavy cream and parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and whisk continuously until the mixture slightly thickens.
- Transfer the cooked pasta to a 30×20 cm baking dish, pour the cream mixture over the pasta, sprinkle with gouda, kasseri, and feta cheeses, and bake in a preheated oven on the grill setting (or top and bottom heating elements) until the cheeses melt and turn golden brown.
- Serve the pasta hot.
