The website www.tyroleza.gr is an online store created and operated by the company named ΖΑΓΚΟΤΣΗ Χ. – ΚΙΟΥΡΤΙΔΗΣ Α. Α.Β.Ε.Ε. with the trade name TYROLEZA, which is based in Serres, Nea Tyroloa Serres, and legally represented, with VAT 094390335, Tax Office Serres, and Company Registration Number 114412652000.
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store under the trademark tyroleza.gr. Every user who enters and engages is considered to unequivocally consent and accept the following terms as outlined here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, they must abstain from visiting, using, and conducting transactions on the website.
The company reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever deemed necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any changes through the pages of this electronic store.

User Responsibility

Product Returns
Product exchanges are made in the following cases:
1) If you receive a product that has been altered.
2) If you receive products different from those you ordered, due to a company’s error.
3) If you wish to replace products you have received that are not defective, for personal reasons.

Returns will not be accepted unless there has been prior phone or electronic communication.
Changes for online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition.
Returned products must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt (invoice), which must be enclosed in the package containing the products received.
In the 3rd case, the new order must have an equal or greater value than the one being replaced.
The shipping costs, cash on delivery expenses, as well as the difference arising from the new order are solely borne by the customer.
You have the right to request a partial or full refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt issuance.
