INGREDIENTS
- ½ kg Medium Beans
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 carrots
- Celery
- 1 cup tomato juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt, Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the beans for 12 hours in cold water.
- Rinse them. Place them in a pot, and once they come to a boil, change the water to hot water.
- Add the onions, celery, and sliced carrots, and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
- Add the tomato juice, oil, salt, pepper, and continue until the mixture thickens.
