• In a pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the mixture and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Deglaze with white wine and stir until it evaporates. Then, add 850ml of water and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from heat once the liquid has been absorbed, and serve by adding salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
