• Place a pan on high heat and add olive oil, incorporating the mixture until the rice takes on color.
  • Deglaze with wine, then add vegetable or chicken broth and 850ml of water in increments, stirring continuously. Follow the same process for 15-18 minutes until the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked.
  • Remove from the heat and serve, adding salt, pepper, and olive oil.
